Montana Rolden
Director of Operations
Montana has excelled in many different roles throughout her 10 year career in the medical field. Montana holds a passion for humanity and a desire to help those who struggle with mental health and or substance abuse disorders. She is motivated to ensure continuous patient care and dedicated to environmental safety. Montana is exceptionally organized and able to problem solve in a moments notice with compassion and respect for patients needs. Montana leads with empathy, understanding, and solution based thinking promoting an environment of positivity, safety, and trust. As the Director of Operations at Blue Hills Recovery, Montana is responsible to oversee staff performance, property management, transportation, inventory and other staff, patient, and facility needs.
Dr. Allen Weiner, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Weiner is board-certified in both Family and Addiction Medicine. He completed his MD at UNC-Chapel Hill, then attended his family practice residency in Rochester, NY, then moved to western MA. After 20 years in primary care, he changed his focus to addiction medicine. And now with 32 years in the medical field, Dr. Weiner brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to Blue Hills Recovery.
His work in medicine with BHR is grounded in the core value of seeing the whole person as they enter our doors. With compassion and empathy, he affirms the importance of meeting our patients where they are, without judgment, on their path to healing and for those who also deal with addiction, on their path to long-term sobriety.
And when he is not working, youโll find him outdoors exploring nature, hiking, road biking, and cross-country skiing. He also finds joy in exploring nature photography.
Elizabeth Azzariti
Clinical Supervisor
Liz Azzariti is a passionate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in substance use disorder and trauma-informed care. Liz has worked in the behavioral health field, as a second career, since 2015. Liz has worked in various inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, and carried the roles of Lead Therapist, ATS Supervisor, Clinical Transition Coordinator, and now Clinical Supervisor at Blue Hill Recovery. Liz received a master’s degree from Wheelock College in Boston, MA prior to Wheelock merging with Boston University. Lizโs goal as Clinical Supervisor is to provide leadership and mentoring to the clinical team as well as diverse clinical programming that meets the individual needs of all patients. As a therapist, Liz specializes in individual, group, and family therapy utilizing strength-based treatment interventions. In 2018, Liz received training in Eye-Movement Desensitization Processing (EMDR) as well as had extensive Family Therapy training while interning at YOU, Inc. In Worcester, MA. Liz has a strong passion for helping individuals thrive in recovery and maintain good mental health and sobriety to build an overall better quality of life.
Kelly DeVillers
Group Facilitator
Kelly DeVillers is a recent graduate of Mount Wachusett Community College where she received an associate degree in Human Services as well as a certification in Addictions Counseling. She started her career path as a licensed hairdresser and quickly realized this was not the path for her. Kelly has a deep passion for addiction education, addiction recovery, and addiction counseling. She excelled in her studies, earning many awards and distinctions. The next goal is to receive her CADC and continue with her education. In her free time Kelly enjoys spending time with her son, exploring new places and restaurants, watching true crime documentaries, and fishing.
Caroline Forest
Primary Therapist
Caroline is a master’s level therapist with a degree in psychology from Brandeis University. She specializes in Acceptance and Commitment based approaches as well as Exposure and Response Prevention therapy. Her background in conducting clinical research in both psychiatric and medical settings makes her a valuable addition to the Blue Hills Recovery Team. She has also taught psychology and biology courses at the undergraduate level. Her passion is providing quality, equitable care to individuals of diverse backgrounds.
Jennifer Robitaille
Registered Nurse
Jennifer has been employed in the medical field for over 15 years. She takes pride in her compassionate care, attention to detail and medical knowledge. After losing her sister in 2019 to SUD, Jennifer decided to join in helping those in the recovery process. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, baking and snuggling with her English Bulldog.
Melissa Dollinger
Business Development Representative
Found her home with Harmony Recovery Group in September of 2021 working with our patients, families, and recovering communities throughout the northeast. Melissa born and raised in New York, now currently resides in New Jersey where she found recovery after overcoming her own battle with mental health disorders and addiction. Melissa utilizes her own personal experience and connections to help guide those who are struggling, and their loved ones through the uncomfortable process of recovery. Melissa is very passionate in her work with behavioral health knowing she can be an advocate for families and assist them in achieving and maintaining success.
